Engaging Entertainment Virtual Graffiti Wall Imprint Group Destination Management Colorado DMC and Destination Management Company (DMC) Corporate Event Planning Company Imprint Group

Virtual Graffiti Wall.

It’s like real graffiti, but without the mess! Guests can upload pictures of themselves and use digital spray paint to “tag” the photo that’s shown on a large screen. These photos can be printed on-site so guests can take their “artwork” home with them and a company logo can also be added to the printed photo for branding.

Play with stencils, animated paint effects like swirls, stars, splats and drips, and paint with a full range of colors and fills. The virtual interactive digital graffiti wall excites guests and gives them the ability to express their own artist creations on a larger then life canvas.

Any image can be loaded as a background so guests can easily paint like a coloring page, or allows for custom branding with logos or themes.

Murder Mystery.

We saw a resurgence of interactive murder mystery dinners this year. It’s an affordable way to engage guests while offering a completely customized activity that is tailored to the theme and guest demographics.

Dance Heads.

A hip & hot entertainment product utilizing “green screen” technology to superimpose guests’ heads onto animated dancing bodies. Up to six people at a time sit on magical stools as they perform to great tunes such as “Mony Mony,” “Tub Thumping,” a little Elvis and a bit of Cyndi Lauper, among other rock, hip and modern greats. A digital blender captures the guest’s gig, which is then transferred into some amazing take home DVD magic. Guests can even have an instant captured video web site with Google branding for an additional cost.

Scavenger Hunts

Scavenger Hunts. Whether your group is looking for a traditional scavenger hunt or high-tech SCANventure hunt that utilizes participant’s smartphones, we have the perfect race in downtown Denver that can be customized to any size (from 10 – 450) and time frame. Looking outside Denver, perhaps Boulder, Vail, Colorado Springs or Park Meadows Mall? No problem, we have scavenger hunts built for these locations as well.

Traditional Scavenger Hunt – Get ready to have your breath taken away at our “mile-high” hunt in Denver’s historical LoDo (lower downtown) area as well as the famous 16th Street Mall. Your scavenger hunt is a walk through time from the late 19th Century, when a maze of factories, warehouses, hotels and saloons gathered around regal Union Station-the hub of train travel in the Rocky Mountains, all the way to the modern amenities of the Pedestrian Mall, with a myriad of stores and restaurants. On your hunt, expect to find clues on the ground as well as high in the sky, on little plaques at the street corners and by looking inside and outside the box.

SCANventure Hunt – We’ve taken our traditional Scavenger Hunt and made it high-tech!  With the use of Smartphones, this modern day hunt immerses participants in a challenging, clue-solving adventure on the streets of Downtown Denver.

Along the way, participants explore vital business issues like brainstorming, problem-solving, time management, team communication, style differences, cooperation (vs. competition), adaptation to change and innovation.  The goal is to experience first-hand this most basic fact:  that one person, working, alone, could never accomplish the task of solving all the clues.

Participants are led on a hunt via a series of strategically placed QR Codes that prompt various tasks or trivia questions.  It is completely customizable and can include “Did You Know” or interesting facts as well as tasks to post photos on social media.  Points are tracked electronically and all participants are able to view the leaderboard to know exactly where they stand at all times.  The facilitator or planner gets a high level view of the progress through a secure website as well.

All guests need is a Smart Phone and a free, QR code reader and they are ready for a completely new and entertaining scavenger hunt experience like no other.

Amazing Race. Your Amazing Race around downtown Denver to compete in team challenges for points as well as the next clue, has begun! There are sure to several “road blocks” and “detours” along the way, just like in the show.

The Mile High City may be your home, but how well do you really know it? Put your knowledge to the test in a challenging race that will test your endurance, knowledge, athleticism and problem solving skills.

Teams travel to different stations where they are required to complete designated tasks within 60-seconds to score points. Examples of games include “Bobble Head,” where the contestant has a pedometer attached to their forehead and they compete to move their head around to record 125 total “steps” in only 60 seconds!  Play “Caddy Stack,” where three golf balls must be stacked, one on top of each other, or “Stick the Landing” where the player must toss a water bottle onto a table and get it to land upright. Safe to say – it’s a guaranteed night of hilarious fun!

Survivor.

The group of castaways will be broken tribes of tribe mates. Multiple challenge stations will be available and tribes will go head to head at each reward challenge. Several small immunity challenges will be set up along the way, giving the tribes more opportunities to earn extra points. Teams earn points at each challenge and immunity station and the team with the most points at the end, wins!

Transportation Safety

We are proud to partner with the best transportation vendors throughout Colorado. Our transportation partners are always leading the charge with the latest technology and safety standards to make sure guests receive the most efficient drivers and service. Here are some of the ways our partners lead by example.

Safety Standards.

Their fleet of charter buses regularly undergo extensive maintenance inspections including brakes, suspension and drivetrain systems, and heating and air-conditioning. The work is done in their own facility and critical parts are always replaced long before necessary.

They also receive approval from the Transportation Safety Exchange (TSX) for best-in-class safety practices. TSX is an independent rating organization that inspects, monitors and reports on the safety performance of motor carriers. TSX on-site reviews are supported by ongoing performance analysis, making TSX approval the standard of excellence. Our preferred partner is also Department of Transportation (DOT) and Department of Defense (DOD) approved, further assurance of their commitment to upholding the highest standards.

Vehicle Safety.

Some of our newest coaches are equipped with leading technology including Electronic Stability Control, tire-pressure monitoring and an automatic fire-suppression system. Each coach also features DriveCam, a palm-sized video recorder that captures events both inside and outside the coach as an extra security measure. GPS tracking automatically records driver activity; dispatchers know the location of each coach at all times, and maintenance technicians are able to troubleshoot by computer. GPS further ensures fleet safety and also lets dispatchers react to last- minute schedule adjustments to assure a smooth trip.

Driver Assurance.

Highly-experienced drivers go through an extensive, on-going training program that focuses on safety and also covers specialized skills including mountain driving and basic over-the-road maintenance.

All drivers adhere to all DOT hours-of-service rules as well as medical certification and licensing requirements. Our partners also invest in the latest safety technologies equipping its coaches with lane departure warning systems to further enhance driving policies and safety practices.

Transportation Entertainment

Whether it’s a direct transfer from the airport to hotel, drive to dinner or moving guests to an off-site venue for an event, here are some simple ways to engage guests and add a little fun!

Guest Entertainment.

Most people would advise against picking up a hitchhiker or two along the way… we’re just the opposite, however, this isn’t your average hitchhiker!

Professional entertainer(s) will be dressed appropriately with cardboard sign and a life’s worth of supplies in just a backpack or two, stranded along a pre-determined point on the drive. Just when you think your driver is going to pass him by, the car starts slowing and comes to a stop… right next to the hitchhiker. Next thing you know the doors are opening and he’s jumping on board. A hush falls over the bus…

Not to worry, this entertainer will go along with the ruse for only so long before he breaks into a comedic act and has everything letting out a sigh of relief and sharing in the laughter.

Knowledge Transfer.

Pass the drive time with some educational activities. Present guests with an educational handout about the destination, conference, company, etc. Show a DVD on the motorcoach televisions, provide a trivia sheet on the meeting or conference or even host a vehicle-driven SCANVenger hunt that takes passengers to city landmarks for brief site-seeing and ultimately leads guests to the final destination.
